Experienced Senior Project Manager with MPA and Soft Skills/PMP Training ready to provide strong technical direction and strategy development to Agile and DevOps teams across development unit.
OPERATION MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee day-to-day MNS Core/RAN operations and maintenance of different nodes types (MSS-BC/ IP-STP/ ITSC/ vIMS /MGw /MPBN /TSC /Evo-BSC /Evo-RNC /IPRAN /RMS /DSA /IPPROBE /OSA) and ensure the effective processes is in place for all activities related to our team.
· Core/RAN Nodes Software upgrade, and performing corrective and preventive maintenance & Network Health check routines as agreed plan with Customer.
· Create / Control /Implement of customer activities MDT/TCN/CRQ.
· Ensure all relevant KPIs are delivered related to MNS Operations as agreed with customer.
· Troubleshooting with other Departments/Operators for the cases of Transmission /MPLS/Data Network and all pending alarms related to CORE/RAN nodes.
· Providing Technical support & training for local staff & fresh joined Engineers to create an active team to meet customer requirements.
· Preparation of contingency plans for special occasions (like Hajj & Ramadan Critical Seasons), and emergency situations handling in case of service loss to reduce the outage time.
· Delegate the daily tasks of the live Network and set deadlines and clear team goals.
· Reporting to Customer management through weekly & monthly reports. Including Health check reports & PMR preventive maintenance report & Backup routines reports as well & configuration Audit reports & Implemented activities Report.
· O&M Support and Follow up of all pending and active Core/RAN trouble tickets to be fixed on time & within agreed SLA with customer.
· Perform the fault management, including fault classification, diagnosis for all live nodes.
· Provide First Line Operation & Maintenance support and troubleshooting, Restoration, and Emergency handling tasks for all live nodes at the network.
· Supervision the daily operations and maintenance of different node/hardware types and ensure the effective processes is in place for all activities related to core operations.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 2019-2020 - vIMS Project: Mobily vIMS Phase 1, includes HW Installation of IMS Nodes (vCSCF, vSBG, vBGF, vNeLS, vIPWorks, vWMG) deployed as a full-stack using Ericsson EO and VNF-LCM, we have supported in HW Power ON/Commissioning/On-Boarding/SW Upgrade, also was responsible of Software and HW acceptance and preparing all needed functional tests of these new nodes, & follow up/troubleshooting all failed test cases till we got all done successfully & nodes are RFS.
- 2019-2020 Core Automation Project: Was responsible to Prepare all needed MOPs to Automate over 30 tasks like Network Backup and Audit & performance & Health Check tasks, and follow up with the concerns team to implement these MOPs to be done Automatically & upload to Customer Archive Server, and to troubleshoot all faults & to facilitate all access to Enable team to execute these Tasks.
- 2017-2018 - Core Nodes Modernization Project: Replace all Core/RAN nodes in all Mobily sites with the latest Ericsson HW technologies (MGw GMPV4/ MSC BC BSP/IP-STP/Evo-BSC/Evo-RNC/R6 Routers/OSA), was responsible to facilitate the implementation processes to ensure timely completion of all related tasks, and to apply knowledge of communication installation techniques to customer processes, and also resolve onsite problems related to like work permits/HW gate pass/Site Survey/installation as customer standard, and also doing SW/HW acceptance with all needed functional test cases before RFS.
- 2016 - UDC Project: Installing Ericsson UDC Solution in three different locations (Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam) to carry out all user data (2G/3G/4G), and perform the Hardware/Software Integration of these Nodes (HLR-FE/HSS-FE/CUDB) & make them ready for Acceptance RFA, also Preparing all needed Functional tests needed for the new nodes and to be tested to ensure the Nodes functions are ok & and meet the needs of the client, also I was responsible for HW/SW Acceptance PAT and also to perform functional testing with the customer and make these new nodes ready for Service RFS.
· Supporting in All HW Expansion as customer requirements for all Core/RAN Nodes,
· Active participation in cross-functional projects and ensure proper integration of new services with the live network, keeping critical live services uninterrupted.
· Working in STC (E7+E8) Expansion projects for GSM Network including TMSCs-MSCs New Nodes installation/Integration with full support till the New Nodes Ready for Service,
· Integration of Huawei MSC HW MSOFTX3000 (TSD1+TSD2).
· Perform SW/HW PAT of Huawei MGw MSOFTX3000 +UMG8900 equipment.
· Perform SW upgrade for MSOFTX3000 +UMG8900 to a new updated version.
· Doing all needed Traces/Troubleshooting to clear all pending Alarms/Faults.
· Performing required Number Analysis & Routing Analysis.
· Provide 2nd level support and Support for core Engineers in resolving the faults and network Alarms.
· Providing technical support to other departments such as Engineering, Project, Performance, Quality, Billing, and Customer Care, Provisioning.
· Performing required Number Analysis & Routing Analysis modifications.
· Definition of Alternate Routing during congestion and down time.
· Create CSR & follow up, troubleshooting all active alarms.
· Following up the upgrades for all Core/RAN nodes, and performing network general Health check.
· Check after implementation for any new Service, Silent Call troubleshooting & Call test Matrix along the premises.
· Signaling Fault tracing and troubleshooting.
