Key Duties:

• Collaborated with project manager and colleagues to develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Maintained accurate project documentation, prepared progress reports, and presented updates to senior management and Saudi Aramco representatives.

Project: General Maintenance & Operation Offshore Project (GMOOP), Ras Tanura & Juaymah (Aramco Projects).

Key Duties:

• Successfully managed maintenance and operation projects, ensuring efficient and cost-effective execution while meeting project objectives and timelines.
• Ensured all required parts and materials are available.
• Ensured that required resources are allocated in job site.
• Visited sites to check project progress and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Enforced health and safety protocols to minimize accidents and injury.
• Supervised and inspected work of distributed multiple teams.
• Reviewed designs, plans and reports to ensure constant compliance with project specifications.

Key Duties:

• Utilized AutoCAD and other 3D modelling software to create detailed designs, including door and frame specifications, material selection, hardware integration, and aesthetic considerations.
• Reviewed shop drawings and coordinated with production personnel to address design-related issues and ensure accurate manufacturing.
• Provided technical support to sales and customer service teams, addressing inquiries, providing product specifications, and assisting with customization requests.
