Brief Description of the duties:

• Electro-Mechanical building services include HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Fire Fighting (FM200, NOVEC, CO2 Fire Suppression, Electrical (Fire Alarm system, Control panels), Plumbing system along with Submersible Pumps and Drainage system, CCTV (Closed Circuit Television system), Over Head Crane in Gas Insulated substation (GIS) halls.
• Check and review the Electro-Mechanical and Structural Method of Statements, Factory Acceptance Test certificates (FAT), Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Technical submittals and Base Designs, Project Quality Control plan, Pre- Commissioning and Commissioning reports.
• Inspect all the material equipment delivery at site and assure that all to be as per the approved technical submittal and project specification.
• Supervision of electro-mechanical equipment installation process.
• Following up Submittals/approval switch clients and consultant sand quality control for design before submission to avoid overdesign costs.
