Participate in service and out of service inspections of the Tanks and pipelines.
External inspections of Tanks and pipelines along with the client.
Inspect the Concrete Foundation.
If damaged necessary steps should be taken to rectify the Tank Foundation
Take part in preliminary, post and Final inspections.
Visual inspection of Tank shell both inside and outside for defects.
Inspection by visual and by NDT in the areas in the shell weld joints where the indications of rust or other defects are found.
UT of the shell plates to know the extent of metal loss or corrosion.
Peaking, Banding, Plumbness of the tank interior.
Inspection of the bottom joint areas by Vacuum Box testing.
Inspection of Bottom plate extension outside the tank or Annular plate
Recommendations to be given based on the MFL reports to know the corrosion rate, the areas of corrosion and up to what extend the corrosion has affected.
Inspection of Roof joints for leakage by vacuum Box testing on the Topside of the tank roof.
Inspections of the roof to top angle areas for leakage by DPT.
Inspection of Roof internals by pressure testing after the tank has been inspected by hydro test by applying soap solution or other solutions recommended by the client on the top side of the roof.
All the nozzles inspection for serration damages on the outside and weld joint damages on the inside.
Inspection of all the welded joints by DYE-Penetrant (DPT) Method.
Ultrasonic test on top, bottom and both sides should be verified.
Inspection of Tank appurtenances such as Supports, Stairways, connecting nozzles and pipes for any defects or distortions.
Inspection and verification of Reinstalled Supports and baffle plates.
Recommendations to be given for the repair of pipe supports and the roof handrail supports as per API 653 and approved Procedures.
Coordinate and solve all documents with Client Inspectors.
Coordinate the hydro test activities
Resolved conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements between parties.
Conducting equipment inspections by completing and maintaining Zero overdue
Preparation of technical reports onsite inspections
Coordinate with Client to solve In service and out of service inspection points
Maintaining positive relations with the clients
Preparation and submission of reports in Microsoft Office applications and maintain records.
Managed over 200 tanks for various clients all over Saudi Arabia.
