- Studying the project plans, comparing them to the contracts, requesting samples according to the contract, submitting them and approving them from the project management

- Follow up with the technical office and check the plans before sending them to the project management for approval

- Checking the terms of the contract, comparing them with the site, and identifying additional works, if any

- Checking the site measurements, comparing them with the contracts, and submitting them to the technical office to confirm them on the executive plans

- Follow up on the progress of work in the manufacturing department according to the dates received from it and follow up on the supply to the site

- Receiving materials on site with installation plans

- Make a plan for installation according to the project’s priorities, follow up on the site’s readiness for installation, and write to the site management in the event of not being ready to disclaim responsibility

- Follow up on the installation of woodwork in an engineered, practical and previously studied manner, and preserve the installed materials by wrapping them and attaching this with pictures

- Maintaining approved submission records (samples, plans, specifications, etc)

- Preparing a weekly report on the installation status and clarifying obstacles to avoid in other projects

- Complete coordination between the consultant, the owner, project management and the factory

- Implementing the project according to the required plans and specifications and handing it over to the consultant in accordance with the rules

- Preparing monthly invoices, submitting them to the site, and following up on payment

- Making purchase orders and arranging payments to suppliers

- Ability to withstand work pressures

- Maintain all project records
