Duties& Responsibilities:

• Supervises the day-to-day operations of the mechanical section to ensure that work processes are implemented as planned and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
• Keep following all the technical and the material submittals with Aramco project's teams
• Arranging the manpower and the subcontractors for the projects
• Studying the tenders, new projects and making the cost estimate
• Receiving the daily reports from the site engineers to be sure that the project is running as planned
• Shifting the manpower between the projects as per open activities
• Checking & reviewing 30%, 60%, 90% drawings & specification from designer prior to issuing it for construction
• Review all method of statements, technical queries and provide engineering support to the procurement department in preparing all submittals related to mechanical materials such as MR packages, MTA, TBE, OPR, IAP, NMR, and all required documents before submitting
• Prepare and submit any required technical queries
• Supporting all the site and the technical engineers
• Resolving technical issues with the designer, client representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities
• Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations
• Solving all the issues and providing technical advice

Duties& Responsibilities:

• Oversee all onsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Checking & reviewing 30%, 60%, 90% drawings & specification from designer prior to issuing it for construction
• Preparing method of statements, technical queries and provide an engineering support to procurement department in preparing all submittals related to mechanical materials such as MR packages, MTA, TBE, OPR, IAP, NMR, and all required project documentation
• Provide engineering support to estimation department for projects bidding
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Preparing all the required shop drawings
• Following all the site mechanical works (HVAC- Firefighting - Plumbing-all the underground pipelines networks as per SA requirements

4- Sewerage networks project with plans 43/2, 129/2 in Aziziya, Khobar
Governorate (52,000,000 S.R).

• Responsible for review and approval of mechanical submittals, including plumbing pumps and piping systems (drain, waste & vent, domestic water) fire protection (pumps, piping, sprinkler heads), HVAC systems (VAV) boxes, duct work, process, piping, chiller systems, controls, building management system
• Provides technical guidance to contractors, and utilizes his subject matter expertise to ensure that the permanent works are constructed per the contract in accordance with applicable codes, standards, approved drawings, and specifications, budget and schedule
• Monitors construction contractors' mechanical installation, testing and commissioning activities, including but not limited to piping, leak tests, duct work and insulation, pumps, building management system, HVAC controls, domestic water systems, foundation de-watering system
