Lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, Quality and

performance risks to ensure satisfied of customers and complete, accurate, biddable, and buildable set of plans for all the structures in a project by performed with the least possible manpower expenditures. And duties and responsibilities can be summarized as follows: -

• Manage, monitor and follow up with Acquisition at different stages, with different internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage, monitor and follow up with Construction team at different stages, with different internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage, monitor and follow up with Quality team at different stages, with different internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage, monitor and follow up acceptances at different stages, with different internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary interface towards the Customers and internal stakeholders throughout the acceptance phase.
• Apply for acceptances, monitor and follow up progress.
• Report Acquisition status and progress.
• Report Construction status and progress.
• Report acceptance status and progress.
• Inspection for civil work activities.
• Quality control for civil work activities.
• Planning and tracking.
• All reports and follow up on a daily/weekly basis with the concerned parties.

• Review all construction drawing and permits with Royal commission.
• Working for special towers, Palm trees, Light poles, Mosaic towers, Roof top towers, Micro cell towers, COW.
• Management all civil team to finish all civil work and check and clear any civil issues.
• Working with Saudi ARAMCO as work permit receiver and safety officer, with our civil team in our sites which located inside Aramco area.
• Reviews all preliminary reports including advance planning studies for the project.
• Reviews completed General Plans and QC for all steps of work.
• Maintains continual communications with all personnel assigned to the project.

• Site Engineer, and while working in the company I carried out:

Villas compound is a 16 duplex villas, with a total value for the project of 12 million Saudi riyals.

Structural Engineer. (Implementation - a construction inventory - supervise the quality – Technical office – shop drawing).

While working in the company I carried out:

1. College of Education - University of Shaqra-The Ministry of Higher Education.

-The project is a ground floor and two floors typical and extension and parking and Area per floor 10000 m2.

-Total value of the project 170 million Saudi Riyal.

2. College of Arts and Sciences in Al Midhnab - Qassim University - Ministry of Higher Education.

-The project is a ground floor and one floor typical and extension and parking and Area per floor 4000 m2.

-Total value of the project 15 million Saudi Riyal .

The projects were a residential villa consisting of basement and ground floor and first.

- Residential condominium consisting of basement and ground floor and five floors typical.
