  • Closely monitor site activities and site condition on daily basis to find out QA/QC non conformances of sub-contractor and take appropriate remedial actions and report to QA/QC Manager.
  • Supervise the implementation of QMS Procedures, Project quality plan PQP, Inspection test plan ITP & Method Statement M.S as per the project standards and report the specified work requirements to the QA/QC Manager.
  • Prepare and maintain the record Logs of QA/QC documents for the entire project including certificates of calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction / observations, Method of statement for Structures & Architectural works, snagging list, MIR permanent materials delivered, and other QA/QC documents.
  • Prepare QAQC performances Reports weekly & monthly project quality related submit to QA/QC Manager.
  • Attend QA/QC Meetings with Consultant & Sub contractors and weekly progress Meeting if required by Construction Manager.
  • Closely monitor construction works, concrete pours and continuously check materials delivered to site, ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, and ensure all test required are carried out as per contract requirements.
  • It is the prime duty to hold any activities not complying with the approved standards and specification. Inspection of excavation, compaction, and Field Density Test (FDT) prior to lean concrete work.
  • Coordinate with Document Controller to ensure that all documents are properly controlled.
  • Responsible for all site quality issues, material approval laboratory approval and steel industries approvals
  • Issuing the NCR for any nonconformance & closeout of NCR by providing the appropriate solution, make sure that non –conformity has been reported through a Nonconformance Report.
  • Maintained list of Approved material and Monitoring materials testing in lab to ensure to compliance to the standards before handing over the work at site.
