• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met at every stage of the construction process.
• Collaborate with external quality control agencies and vendors to verify the quality of materials and equipment used in the construction project.
• Review and approve quality documentation and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Company Overview: Client: UNCC-United Nation Central Commission. Project: Coastal and Terrestrial Environment Remediation and Restoration.
• Assist in identifying non-standard/sub-standard material requirements or other potential areas of concern.
• Monitor incoming material quality and ensuring the materials conform to the specifications and/or other applicable requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentations, procedures, and systems necessary to ensure that material needs, and requirements are effectively met, including the preparation of material management plan when necessary.
• Attend coordination meetings organized by client and consultants.
• Liaise with project management team, client, other department like Production, Planning and Engineering etc. to ensure material storage related risks and opportunities are communicated during bid & tendering stage, and then project execution phase.
• Review violations and applications for deviation from Engineering Codes and Standards and produce technical reports and recommendations.
• Lead the review and update of SAES Engineering Codes and Standards for alignment with IBC, ACI, ASCE, ASTM codes and standards and any other related best practices regulations to ensure safety and wellbeing for future smart cities.
• Must be able to maintain records and report on daily basis to project Manager.
