Job Responsibility
• Responsible for all branch operations, which include facilities, personnel, fleet utilization, sales, customer service, maintenance and administration. Maintain the profitability of the region with an expectation to improve pre-tax margins year over year.

Employee Relations:
• Assuring high level of enthusiasm and productivity of all employees • Hire, train and develop inside and outside sales team
• Responsible for safety at Branch with management consent, recruits, hires, trains, conducts performance reviews, and carries out discipline as necessary
• Provides leadership and direction to branch staff.
• Responsible for employee training.
Customer Service:
• Addresses customer concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
• Responsible for the profitability of branch/region and provides input on business plan
• Travel with sales representative/account managers to meet customers at their place of business
• Good understanding of market and competition
• Knowledge and relationship with the branch/region top 10 customers and job sites
Administration:
• Maintaining paperwork and reporting in a completed timely manner
• Responsible for safeguarding cash receipts and making timely deposits
• Maintain acceptable level of profitability through revenue enhancement and cost control.
• Maintain internal controls per appropriate procedure.
• Handle all insurance cases in a timely manner.
Branch/Region Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintenance of the fleet
• Responsible for all vehicles and fleet at branch/region
• Responsible for security of branch/region facility and fleet
• Enforces all Company policies and procedures
• Keeps the branch in clean, organized condition
• Perform other duties as assigned
