STUDIO 4 ( Residential Housing ) Thuwal residential housing consist of 36 villas and 15 duplexes and 9 apartments, and public complex.
STUDIO 5 ( Artificial Intelligence College) AI Collage the 3-storey college includes the education dep, the public dep, and the administrative dep.
STUDIO 6 (Small Hospital) An extensive building that includes the most important departments, including emergency departments, radiology departments, private clinics, and the other floors for the operations department, intensive care, and inpatient rooms
