My supervisor trained me on OutSystems, a low-code development platform that uses JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, and SQL.
I started with two interfaces of forms.
We studied the external system administrator more and learned more functions like creating client and server.
We learned about UI Development and applied it.

Understand the basic principles in building web applications with .NET and C#.
build APIs used inside a hospital to connect systems to each other or with external applications.

Handled support tickets from creation to resolution using Freshdesk/Zendesk.
Diagnosed and categorized issues (hardware, network, software, printers).
Assisted in network setup, IP distribution (DHCP), and connectivity troubleshooting.
Maintained wired/wireless networks and supported users with Office apps and devices.
Gained basic knowledge of Cisco routers and switches.
