- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of VMware NSX environments.
- Implement network virtualization and security policies.
- Monitor and optimize network performance and security.
VMware Cloud Director Administration:
- Manage and configure Cloud Director for cloud resource provisioning and management.
- Set up and maintain resource pools, virtual data centers, and cloud services.
- Ensure efficient allocation and usage of cloud resources.
vRealize Operations (vROps) Monitoring:
- Utilize vROps for proactive monitoring and management of the VMware infrastructure.
- Analyze and optimize performance, capacity, and health of the virtual environment.
- Create dashboards and reports for visibility into the infrastructure's performance.
vCenter Server Management:
- Administer VMware vCenter Server for centralized management of virtual infrastructure.
- Handle virtual machine (VM) deployment, configuration, and scaling.
- Implement updates, patches, and upgrades to the vSphere environment.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
- Provide expert-level support for issues related to VMware environments.
- Troubleshoot complex problems in virtualized infrastructures.

• VMware:

Configure and Manage of ESXI, Vcenter Server,Security Server.

• Windows Server 2012/2016/2019:
  Installation, configuring & activating services like AD DS, DHCP, and DNS.
  Managing and administrating all user domains & user accounts with the help of group policy.
  Managing and administrating all servers and workstations on the environment.
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 & Archiving System (Veritas):
• Backup Systems:

Responsible for design's, configures, Integrations, tests, Implements, and supports the storage infrastructure Ecosystems.

Working with three Solutions for backup (Veaam backup, networker backup, veritas netbackup).

• ManageEngine:

ADManeger plus, ADAudit Plus, ADSelfService Plus, Password Manager Pro, IT Assit Manegement, Patch Management, OPManager Plus, EventLogs Analyzer, Desktop Central

• One Identity IAM & PAM:

Configuring & Administrations all activating services like Creation, Modification and troubleshooting.

• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
• Participated in on-call rotations during holidays, weekends and overnights to handle emergency Systems and network situations.

Duties:

• Working on two projects (Semati - Evisa)
• SEMATI - Receive and answer customer's requests/inquiries related to the through emails and phone calls
• Analyze/Fix the JSON code for the received service issues both in production and test environments, reassign it to the developer or network team if required
• Provide the client with test data to be used in their SIT environment once required

* Network Maintenance .

• Troubleshooting LAN Related Issues.
• Maintaining network security.
• Ensure the wireless access points they are working properly without interruption.
