• Planned and executed disaster recovery drill tests to assure the readiness of recovery sites. This execution is treated as a change to assure all communications efforts are addressed in terms of business impactions choosing the appropriate time and assuring systems readiness for such activity. A review and follow up process will be in place after drill test to assure all issues that were show up during drill test to be fixed.

• Managed all EMC storage arrays and SAN switches based on business roles and policies.
• Provided support and administration for SUN servers, Oracle Solaris, and Linux systems.
• Led a team handling customer projects and day-to-day operations.
• Provisioned new disks and volumes on storage arrays for various operating systems.
• Migrated data from old to new storage arrays using VERITAS Symantec mirror mechanisms.
• Managed backup and archive policies on Veritas NetBackup System.
