Purpose:

Be the key representative of the company in communicating important decisions to business stakeholders and the public and manage the company’s overall development and ensure that general operations run seamlessly as employees accomplish established goals. Make strategic and financial decisions that determine the trajectory of the company and Monitor budgets, resources, and procedures by working with cross-functional teams. • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and customer services
• Liaise and negotiate with the customers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Lead special project
• Ensure the projects are done within the scheduled timeline
• Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics
• Resolve problems concerning logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issue
