• Completed Turnkey 40 +restaurants projects with variance areas for (Baytoti ,Makihouse , podomoro ,Rice and Roll Wok ) restaurants within Eight years since i joined the organization .
• Monitor and Assure that all Projects are delivered on time within scope and planed budget.
• Manage projects design from conceptual design stage towards final design package.
• Review Tender documents and manage projects bid stage.
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to projects scope, Projects schedule and projects cost
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for flawless execution of projects such as Kitchen Equipment's suppliers and all related stakeholder involved with in the project life cycle .
• Report and escalate to management as needed any discrepancy in specifications or timeline.
• Manage projects costs and assure that delivered projects are cost effective - Successfully manage relationship with suppliers and contractors.
• Perform risk management techniques and minimize project risks.
• Develop and introduce new materials which enhance projects longer lifetime and less maintenance
• Regularly conduct site visits to assure all work executed fits within design requirements.
• Contribute on leasing new locations and review leasing contracts
• Standardize and specify fit out materials such as finishing, Mechanical and Electrical items.
• Contribute on Company expansion and strategic development plans.
• Manage estimation process by preparing specialty subcontractor bid packages, material procurement for project management, contract reviews and action list .

• Supervise Technical team and coordinate with projects managers for any technical support
• Review all Civil and Structural work and redesign if required for ongoing projects
• Supervise Structural detailing and Shop drawings to issues it for construction
• Provide full support in Technical issues related to Civil and structural Work for all projects.
• Monitor and Supervise projects planning and schedules updates in weekly basis
• Report to Projects manager and General Manager for projects progress and productivity.
• Prepared project proposals, including cost estimates, schedules and project specifications.
• Preform regular site visits during construction to monitor progress and assure work is done with according to standard and approved drawings.

• Perform Detailed analysis and structural calculations of concrete and steel structures
• Review all structural work and redesign according to client modifications if required
• Provide Structural detailing, Shop drawings and bar bending schedules for ongoing projects
• Perform Regular site visits to Review and evaluate quality of civil and structural activities .
• Estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labor to determine project feasibility.
