- I have Completed 11 years as mechanical technician in PDH plant, Utility plant & PP plant
- Routine maintenance coordinate and participate in the routine maintenance of assigned equipment including stripping down, replacing parts as required, re-assembling equipment and running operating tests to verify satisfactory repair
- Follow manufacturer maintenance manuals and complete checklist for subsequent equipment history
- Work Planing review work assignment with senior specialist, planner and supervisor at start of work or when on shift review work log and collect necessary tools & equipment discuss material and manpower needs and job specification and obtain any required work permits to proceeding to work site
- Upon completion of work discuss progress and accomplishments with supervisor and prepare necessary paperwork, shift logs and reports
- Test equipment maintenance maintain test and repair equipment in good operating order, includes setting, adjustment and cleaning of tools
- Test guide crew and carry out the more complex field testing and fault finding of equipment
- Include locating equipment faults and operating irregularities by various diagnostic tests
