  • Quality Management Department in KFSHRC (Gen. Org) divided to three main section Patient Safety & Risk Management, Accreditation, and Performance Improvement, i am assigned in Patient Safety & Clinical Risk Management as we identify and monitor types of incidents and risks in our organization through different channels such as incident reporting system (Datix), direct reporting through emails/ observations and data trending and aggregation.
  • We help the stakeholders to identify the root causes of the problems and help the teams to identify the best recommendations action plans
  • I'm coordinator for Just Culture Process and Implementation Committee and acting coordinator for Sentinel Events executive notification committee in addition to coordinating patient Safety & risk Management Committee
  • As a JCIA accredited hospital and as per our function i was a member in two JCIA chapter International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG) and Assessment of Patient (AOP) my main role was to make sure that our processes and IPPs are in-line with JCIA standards
  • I'm involved as will in Performance Improvement Projects with different departments my role as a facilitator is to make sure that the team is in the correct direction and using the necessary tools that help in completing the project efficiently and within appropriate timeframe.
