Negotiate with vendor to minimize the lead time for material manufacturing, Receive the PO acknowledgement copy & manufacturing schedule from vendor and verify the acceptance in line with the Project Specification & schedule. After preliminary approval of technical documents, notify the vendor start the manufacturing activities. Coordinate and organize meetings with Engineering team & Client to resolve overdue technical documents and monitor status. Regularly visit vendor shops for expedite progress, receive progress report and verify the mile stone as per the project schedule. Identify the bottle neck and improve the process / improvement / alternative if any to vendor to mitigate the schedule in the event of slippage from schedule & Delay will be updated to project team with the forecast completion dates. Progress evaluations and invoicing/ payment to vendor. Review the Tender Documents & Drawings, Technical Query, Contract Agreement, Bill of Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Testing & Commissioning Documents. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs & Monitor the Project cash flow (In/Out). To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan. Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project & Daily monitor and advice the site team & Sub-contractors on the control of labor, Line man, electrician and material to ensure meeting the schedule. To ensure that site team & Sub-contractors are following the standard drawings & work is done as work is done as per client scope, quality, material & document. Making field design change (Red Markup) in the drawings according to the site requirements and getting approved from client. Coordinate any problems & corrective actions with the site teams viz. HSE, cost control, QA/QC and manager/leader as applicable. Overall planning of the discipline work and coordination with other discipline work in the same area. L.V. panels / street light, Cable (33kV, 11kV, LV & FOC / OPGW), Transformers (PMT) & OHL (33kV & 11 kV): - (Distribution boards / control panels / PCC / MCC) supervision & guidance of design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, testing (phasing check, continuity test, IR test before & after, HV VLF test, capacitance measurement etc. OPGW-OTDR test & splicing FOC / OPGW , Transformer -phasing test, phase rotation test, conductivity / continuity test, insulation test, impedance test & phase to phase susceptance test) & commissioning.
