- Managing Human resources department of all employees (500 employee) which includes: Hiring, Social and Health insurance, Muqeem Protal with all its procedures, Qiwa, Payrolls processing system, annual leaves all of which accordance Saudi Labor Law
- Handling the issuance and preparing the government documents
- Working on the Nitaqat program (which is official program of increase the employment of Saudi nationals)
- Working on a Mowaamah which is a special program to employment of people with special needs
- Coordinating with the Nationalization Agency in the Ministry of Human Resources regarding attracting competencies
- Working on training workers in the facility according to the percentage required of us by the Ministry of Human Resources
