Implement and administer all aspects of accident prevention, conduct accident investigation and recommend corrective measures.

• Designed and implemented safety studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, and LOPA to ensure process safety compliance.

• Inspect worksite daily. Report and correct unsafe acts and conditions
• Conduct accident investigation, analyze and formulate recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive fire safety and emergency response programs to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular fire risk assessments, fire drills, and emergency evacuation exercises to enhance safety preparedness.
• Identify and mitigate fire hazards by inspecting fire suppression systems, extinguishers, emergency lighting, and fire exits to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor the installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment, ensuring all systems (alarms, sprinklers, detectors) meet regulatory standards and remain fully operational.
• Lead incident investigations to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Provide training and guidance to employees, supervisors, and contractors on fire safety protocols, emergency procedures, and the use of fire-fighting equipment.
• Collaborate with project management and HSE teams to integrate fire safety measures into operational procedures and ensure compliance with local fire safety regulations and international standards (e.g., NFPA).
• Liaise with local fire departments and external agencies to ensure coordinated response plans in case of emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of fire safety audits, inspections, and compliance documentation for review by regulatory authorities.
