Responsible for evaluating and improving the commercial activities of the port, including the analysis of cargo volumes, shipping traffic, and revenue streams. My duties involve market research, competitor analysis, and financial performance reporting to support the strategic objectives of the port. Through my efforts, I have helped optimize commercial strategies, streamline processes, and identify new opportunities for growth.

Additionally, I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—ranging from operations and logistics to finance and marketing—to enhance service delivery, improve profitability, and ensure that our commercial goals are met. This has included assessing and renegotiating contracts with shipping companies and service providers, as well as mitigating commercial risks due to market fluctuations and regulatory changes.

I was responsible for the entire lifecycle of commercial agreements, including contract drafting, negotiations, compliance, and performance monitoring. My work has involved collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure that contracts meet regulatory standards and align with the company’s financial and operational goals. I have successfully negotiated favorable terms with key suppliers and service providers, which has improved our cost-efficiency and operational outcomes.
