• Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
• Check the daily Food & Beverage revenues report submitted by the income audit for the accuracy of covers and average check.
• Responsible for monthly F&B Report and distribute to management.
• Maintaining the billing system.
• Generating invoices and account statements.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
• Producing monthly financial and management reports.
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis

• Unload the merchandise from the trucks and check to ensure that they match with the delivery documents such as the bill of lading, shipping invoice or delivery note.
• Preparation of Manual Discrepancy Notes.
• Preparation of Manual and System generated GRV (Goods Receipt Voucher).
• Working on Oracle (WMS).
