  • Establishing service centers in Zulfi, Dawadmi, and Rass.
  • Create, monitor, manage, and improve operation plans including stock inventory for all stations in AlQassim area.
  • Supporting the operations of all bank's ATM fleets in KSA and banking solutions including projects management and SW support like Inma Bank, Riyad Bank, Rajhi Bank, AlBilad Bank, SNB, SAIB, SABB, BSF, AlJazira Bank, ANB… etc.
  • Support other technical vendors like Nutanix, Veritas, Ciena… etc.
  • This also includes sensitive sites in Shaqra University, Qassim municipality, Public pension agency, Mobily data centers... etc.
  • I'm responsible for managing limited resources to cover 650 sites across the area within specified SLA "which includes 24/7 coverage for some of them".
  • Closed calls per day increased from 1.3 before my supervision to 3.5 calls.
  • Meeting SLA specifications increased from 50% to 97% on the 2021 report despite the COVID-19 pandemic.
