As an initiative engineer, I played a pivotal role in constructing a Modular Satellite Office for 250 employees. Additionally, I successfully managed three public beach initiatives and one private beach initiative. I ensured compliance with safety regulations, managed schedules, coordinated cross-functional teams, and handled various construction tasks. I also provided daily reports to my manager and effectively coordinated with contractors. Together, we delivered high-quality office and beach initiatives that met client requirements and created a conducive work and recreational environment.
