• Manage all traditional trade (TT) (i.e. direct distribution) operations in Western districts, monitor sales
performance and identify traditional trade sales improvement initiatives.
• Ensure product availability monitoring and coordination with Wholesale Account Management in case of
wholesaler issues.
• Provide logistical follow-up support for the TT outlets in the Western districts and ensure products
availability TT points of sale.
• Monitor performance of staff across TT in Western districts and identify non-performing low potential TT
outlets.
• Support TT account managers in developing sales plans by providing input regarding their managed
accounts.
• Ensure regional sales targets are met across all channels (TT, Direct Team).
