Having past experience of working in Non-Distructive Testing Div. of Fugro-Suhaimi Ltd. (Netherland based an Independent Laboratory), I have worked as Third Party Inspector for various projects. One of them was Saudi Aramco project of Lube Oil System console at the vendor's premises at Al Zamil Heavy Industries, Rabigh, KSA.

some observations are listed as below.

• Conducting inspection at different stages of the welding process such as fit-up and alignment and inspections during welding and inspection after welding for the finished products.
• Executed final visual welding inspections to identify deformities including discontinuities, cracks, undercuts, porosity, and undersize.
• Conducting dimensional visual inspection by measuring to ensure they meet the requirement of the specifications.
• Conducting visual inspection for the painting of steel structures to ensure continuity and uniformity of the painting and to ensure coating thickness is in accordance with the specification requirement and verifying the thickness through DFT testing
• Reviewed and approved quality documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
• Compiled detailed inspection reports, outlining findings and recommending corrective actions to enhance product quality.
• Documented key observations during project phase, providing insights for quality improvements.
