■ Managing the Electrical construction team to Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction methodology and techniques.
■ Installation of Electrical (Power & lighting & lighting control(KNX,DALI) CBS &BMS & Fire alarm & Access control &CCTV)Systems
■ Plan ahead to prevent problems, and resolve issues and conflicts.
■ Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates
■ Following up materials, Equipment, Subcontractor, shop drawing, and submittals.
■ Prepare Internal and external reports pertaining to work status.
■ Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
■ Conducting internal and external meetings with Site staff and clients as well to resolve site-related issues and to take proactive measures.
■ Provide technical support on design matters during detailed electrical engineering, procurement, fabrication testing, installation, and commissioning stages of projects.
■ Coordinating with supplier for any technical issues related to Low Current systems from field side up to complete interface.
■ Involved in Projects Kick of meetings, design, Construction/execution,materials inspection, risk issues management, progress reporting,meetings, working with project schedules and requirements of site teams

Responsible for Design, shop drawing , As Built and execution electrical works at oncology hospitals as the following projects:-

■ IMC (International Medical Center) ( Linear Accelerator & Cyclotron IBA)
■ NCI (National Cancer Institute) (Linear Accelerator).
■ ANMC (Alexandria New Medical Center) (Linear Accelerator).
■ FTC (Fayoum Tumors Center) (Linear Accelerator).
■ Ayady Al-Mostakbal Hospital at Alexandria (Vital Beam).
■ Police Hospital (True Beam).
■ Al Salam International Hospital (True Beam & Halcyon).

Site Engineer at High Town tourism projects at Sheraton, Heliopolis.
Project consist of Two Hotel Buildings, Two Administration Buildings, One Apartments Building, Cinema and Mall.

Key Responsibilities:

■ Installation of electrical conduits, cable tray, wiring, electrical panels and electrical equipment according to IFC drawings.
■ Installation of low current systems i.e. Fire detection & alarm system, CCTV system, Access Control System.
■ To make sure work is done as per drawings.
■ Preparation of daily and weekly progress reports.
■ Termination of electrical panels.
■ Installation of grounding rod and grounding cable as per standard.
■ Coordinate with client representatives, inspectors regarding the implementation and quality of works.
■ Reporting the variation occurred while pre-commissioning in electrical equipment, and rectify them in coordination with equipment supplier.
