Job Description:

Marketing:

  • Set the marketing and tactical marketing plan in consultation with the Dean and ensure that the marketing plan is fully implemented.
  • Act as the EGSM brand guardian.
  • Develop awareness of the local market, competitors and trends to ensure the EGSM marketing plan is relevant and appropriate.
  • Help the Dean identify and create the required marketing materials.
  • Work closely with the admissions executives/secretaries to plan and oversee all marketing and admissions events.
  • Regular updates on the EGSM Facebook accounts.
  • Managing and controlling the Marketing Staff.
  • Ensure that the marketing staff have clear roles, daily responsibilities and monthly goals and manage staff performance and implement staff development needs.
  • Oversee the management of the marketing and communications budget to ensure appropriate and effective spend and report to the Dean and Finance Manager of its effectiveness.
  • Carry out any other duties as the Dean and Finance Manager may from time to time determine and require.

Admissions/Registrations:

Coordinate all students’ Registrations to EGSM including:

  • Keeping the Dean and Finance Manager informed about all new Marketing Registrations.
  • Ensuring that all Registrations and Joining Details are accurately completed on the.
  • Daily Registration Form by the marketing staff.
  • Keeping all marketing documentation and reports updated and in order.
