• Prepared and reviewed Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Quality Checklists, ensuring alignment with project specifications, design drawings, and client requirements.
• Developed and maintained the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and implemented an effective Quality Management System (QMS) to control all site and laboratory activities.
• Submitted and reviewed Prequalification documents for materials, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project quality standards prior to approval and execution.

• Supervised and validated material and laboratory testing for concrete, soil, asphalt, and aggregates, including Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), ensuring material conformity and preventing rework.
