Responsibilities:

• Performed QA/QC inspections for civil, structural, finishing, and theming works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
• Prepared and implemented Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Checklists for civil construction and theming activities.
• Inspected and monitored earthworks, compaction, reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, and finishing works in accordance with approved ITP hold and witness points.
• Supervised material inspections and laboratory testing for concrete, soil, aggregates, steel, finishes, coatings, and decorative materials.
• Managed and submitted Material Inspection Requests (MIRs), Material Approval Requests (MARs), and Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), coordinating inspections and approvals with Consultants and Clients.
• Ensured quality compliance for theming works, including steel support structures, mock-ups, architectural finishes, painting, textures, sculptural elements, and overall “look & feel” inspections.

• Conducted detailed inspections of civil, structural, and finishing works to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
• Developed, reviewed, and implemented ITPs, Method Statements, and Quality Checklists to ensure systematic inspection of civil activities
• Supervised and validated material and laboratory testing for concrete, soil, asphalt, and aggregates, including Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), ensuring conformity and preventing rework.
• Prepared and reviewed MIRs, MARs, and WIRs for consultant/client approval prior to execution.
• Monitored concrete pouring, earthwork compaction, reinforcement placement, and finishing works, ensuring compliance with ITP hold and witness points.
• Coordinated with consultants, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical queries, rectify non-conformances, and maintain uninterrupted site progress.
• Managed and controlled QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, SIs, and SORs, ensuring timely closeout and traceability.
