ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Reviewing Project Documents (scope of work, Schedule "B" Schedule "C" & Drawing).
• Preparing Overall Time Schedule (EPC) on Primavera P6 as per project scope of work, drawings & BOQ.
• Finalizing the Schedules after coordinating with the project team.
• Performing critical path analysis, generating S-Curves of Design, Procurement, Construction & Testing/Commissioning.
• Generating Manpower Histogram.
• Monitoring the site works & informing the team incase of a potential delay after comparing with baseline time schedule.
• Delivering weekly/bi-weekly & monthly reports by tracking complete project status.
• Reporting to the Project Manager for any slippage & submitting corrective action to the client.
• Attending meetings & maintaining minutes accurately as per the discussion.
• Assist & advise procurement team for material required on site as per schedule & prepare status report for management.
• Maintain complete Planning related documents in a organized manner in folders & facilitate Quality Department during the audits.
