  • Responsible for 1st & 2nd level troubleshooting, dispatch

  • Provide support during deployment-related incidents or
    emergencies, working alongside other teams to troubleshoot
    and resolve issues that may impact the production
    environment.
  • Rollback releases if required in case of failures, bugs, or
    instability after deployment.
  • Report deployment status, and issues encountered/resolved
    to the relevant stakeholders.
