- Monitoring the alarms of network elements and providing
remote diagnostic and fault resolution
- Responsible for 1st & 2nd level troubleshooting, dispatch
eld technicians, Interaction with telecom carriers,
escalation for equipment vendors
- Responsible for trouble tickets and responding to customers
Requests to provide technical support
- Maintain and update asset records, configuration
dependencies, and relationships.
- Responsible for scheduling activities, implementing
configuration changes, upgrading operating systems, and
participating in project implementation.
- Performs operation verification test for the newly installed PMP-
BS and PTP-MW for final acceptance.
- Generate required reports on utilization/availability and
performance and provide analysis reports for critical issues for network optimization

- Train and prepare new team members to handle the daily NOC
tasks.
- Test and evaluate processes and procedures.
- Initiate Trouble tickets with our 3rd link support and act as
Liaisons between our NOC and the supplier.
- Assist NOC by taking ownership of troubles escalated to a
high-level and run point for complex issues.
- Work with Customer Account Teams and Solutions and
Design Engineers to audit and optimize thecustomer network
solutions.
- Manage major incidents and apply critical changes.
- Formulate and manage a technical training program for the
NOC personnel to provide quick and efficient troubleshooting.
- Test and validate new software/system releases or upgrades
before deployment in production environments..
- Verify and ensure the successful deployment of releases.
Conduct post-deployment validation tests and monitoring to
check for any issues.
- Provide support during deployment-related incidents or
emergencies, working alongside other teams to troubleshoot
and resolve issues that may impact the production
environment.
- Rollback releases if required in case of failures, bugs, or
instability after deployment.
- Report deployment status, and issues encountered/resolved
to the relevant stakeholders.
