Role and Responsibilities:

• As Project Management Consultant Supervise the sitewide infrastructure ,lake valley & bow.
• In charge of Lake excavation slipway foundation and access road Main Contract 4800000745 at Trojena
• Ensure compliance and monitor Contractor, internal, external, and sub-tiers ensuring compliance the project ES&H Plan.
• Monitor and report on the work activities by the Contractor ensuring contractual compliance.
• Oversee and manage all construction activities by the Contractor.
• Ensure that design and construction activities of the Contractor are coordinated and executed in accordance with all other client packages and contract documents.
• Conduct and participate in, progress meetings in addition to any other contractually required gatherings, all hands, stand-downs, committee meetings etc. ensuring all meetings have accurate minutes generated and retained.
• Monitor cost ensuring adherence to budget, and providing accurate forecasting, reporting, and tracking of all changes.
• Ensure contractors comply with environmental processes/procedures including appropriate disposal and tracking of waste/hazardous materials in accordance with contractual, local, state, and federal requirements.
• Track, document, and communicate Contractor progress to Project Management and others as directed by the management team including client organizations, funding agencies, regulatory bodies, and third-party stakeholders.
• Review, process, and provide recommendations on Contractor impacts to operations, third parties, and/or impacts to adjacent properties and stakeholders.
• Ensure Contractors execute precondition surveys. Provide reviews, process, and provide recommendations on survey(s) and mitigation plan(s) monitoring the overall effectiveness of the program.
• Review and verify the Project Contractor’s applications for payment.
• Review, analyze, verify, and recommend approval or revision of the Contractor’s schedule and progress updates.
• Ensure Contractor compliance to the approved quality program.
• Ensure the completion and retention of all required project documentation in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans and contract requirements.
• Review Contractor’s Inspection and Test Plans and recommend approval or revisions.
• Verify Contractor’s compliance with approved Inspection and Test Plan.
• Monitor the Project Contractor’s submittal schedule to ensure that no work activities are initiated prior to approval of associated submittals.
• Coordinates with the client, project management and project services in setting up required procedures, policies and strategies.
• Reviews construction estimates, budgets, forecasts, schedules, and costs for acceptability. Reviews certain specifications and drawings for economic constructability

Project:- Quality and safety audit consultancy (QSAC) service for Sahnewal- Khurja Section with khurja Dadri link of Eastern Dedicated Fright Corridor ,RM 440 KM single track.

Role and Responsibilities:

• As Quality and safety audit Consultancy Fright Railway infrastructure. oversight ,monitor the 03 Project management consultant and 06 design and build civil and system contract as world bank representative .
• Provide the supports to client for the delivery of Technical Assistant service focusing on, Bridges and structures of fright railway infrastructure.
• Supervise the fabrication of open web girder bridge
• Inspection of steel structure , pre-assembling butt welding , assembly welding ,fitting of stiffeners
• Supervise ,Trail assembly of steel open web girder at factory
• Inspection and monitor the Coating application of structure element

Role and Responsibilities:

• As General engineering consultant position NK 47 manged the civil contacts Elevated viaduct 07 km and 06 elevated station R2W2 East _west Local, and Bridge over Sabarmati River.
• Directed and monitored contractors quality assurance ,quality control, progress meeting , work schedule, contractor monthly evolution , payment invoice.
• Prepared daily inspection and safety standard reposts as per contracts.
• Directed the detail design consultant for design and drawings as per work programme and schedule
• Reviewed the technical submittals, shop drawings and materials and fabrication process and Non-destructive test on steel structures and welding
• Overall responsibility includes to coordinate with designers and consultants to ensure conformance of structural and architectural design and requirement

Role and Responsibility

• As PMCM responsible for Riyadh metro Line 1 North Secondary Depot.
• Elevated precast segmental Viaduct , 5.4 Km and segmental casting yard of elevated viaduct.
• Casting of Pre-cast Box type (Post-tension) Segment; Profiling of Duct for stressing, shuttering, concreting, finishing, curing, stacking, transporting and all associate’s work.
• Lead the construction team and is responsible for construction oversight and compliance of all the contractors’ work activities. Shall ensure all construction works are carried out as per project safety, quality plan and as per schedule & within budget.
• Lead the ES&H implementation activities, conduct joint safety inspections with Contractor’s senior staff and participate in the clients' ES&H programs and ensure compliance to local/national regulatory safety codes
• Help client in formation of contract strategy for the procurement of subcontracts, including bid evaluation
• Lead in managing the contracts awarded by client in the field and ensure that the contractual obligations are met by the contractors
• Manage and arrange inputs from various project entities to ensure continuous construction work front availability through review of look ahead schedules, resource charts, engineering deliverables, material delivery schedules and any other service requirements including contractor submittals

Project:- Gurgaon Metro Rail Project 6.1km-long rapid rail route that will connect Sikanderpur on Delhi Metro Line 2 (DMRC) with the DLF Cyber City region in Gurgaon near Haryana

Role and responsibilties.

• Executes work against established project construction management policies, plans, and programs for the orderly execution of projects
• Leads the safety culture within the project teams across the client, PMC, contractor and stakeholder entities
• Establishes and implements staffing plans for the construction management function on proposals, programmed overhead, and awarded projects
• Regularly monitors the progress of active projects and ensures that responsible actions are being taken by members of the project team
• Reviews and approves project execution plans, project plans and programs, and other critical project plans and/or documents
• Supervises assigned staff and provides for proper delegation of management authority, responsibility, and accountability
• Ensures that project related problems are resolved promptly and that an integrated approach is followed in the performance of the project
• Reviews and approves the release of project cost estimates, schedules, major trends, and forecasts to customers. Also reviews and approves major changes or deviations to these control documents.

Role and Responblites:-

Role and Responsibilities:-

• Coordinated with Government Authority for various permissions like Demarcation, Shoring, and Piling of high raised building In UAE projects.
• Reviewed and interpreted discipline design drawings and specification to ensure current revision level, and correct technical execution of the work.
• Execute the pilling for1500 mm dia for main building 600 mm for shoring .
• Pile load test , statics ,vertical and dynamic.
