- Drive procurement strategy for multi-million SAR CAPEX & OPEX portfolios, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop Scopes of Work (SOWs), sourcing strategies, and tender plans aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, including market intelligence, supplier pre-qualification, and category management, achieving 15–20% reduction in sourcing cycle time through structured planning and early stakeholder engagement.
- Manage RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), ensuring timely bid issuance and clarifications, delivering 95%+ on-time sourcing for project requirements.
- Align procurement with financial planning, partnering with finance for budget allocation, cash flow forecasting, and commitment tracking, ensuring accurate spend visibility and proactive risk mitigation.
- Facilitate Job-Execution (Job-Ex) meetings with suppliers and internal teams to align on scope, milestones, and execution plans, improving supplier readiness and minimizing post-award clarifications.
- Perform commercial and financial bid evaluations, including pricing analysis, benchmarking, and risk assessment, driving 8–12% cost optimization without compromising quality or compliance.
- Streamline contract award and approvals, collaborating with legal and finance to reduce contract turnaround time by 10–15%.
- Monitor post-award contract performance, tracking milestones, KPIs, and SLAs, and implementing corrective actions to reduce delays and improve delivery predictability.
- Ensure governance and risk controls by validating work orders, performance guarantees, and bonds achieving 100% compliance with DOA and internal policies.
- Maintain comprehensive trackers for projects and contracts, strengthening audit readiness and reporting accuracy.
- Drive supplier performance improvement, analyzing trends and implementing action plans, resulting in measurable gains in service quality, cost control, and compliance.
