- Led various initiatives to foster social awareness in our school such as the Cards for the Elderly where our students created around 50 handmade cards to be sent to geriatric centers in Canada by partnering with Sending Sunshine

- Became the first high school student to intern and provide care for psychiatric patients under the guidance and supervision of psychologists
- Taught myself DSM-5-TR descriptions of and researched through online databases such as Psychology.com and APA to learn about schizophrenic, depressive, and personality disorders in order to provide better care and contribute to discussions with psychologists
- Taught myself how to administer various psychiatric tests such as the MMS and the BPRS test which I was then tasked to teach to my much older peers
- Would daily administer highly detailed psychiatric testing which required me to observe multiple details about them such as gait; facial expressions;, tone, speed, and syntax of speech, eye contact among other details as well as build enough rapport with the patient in order to ensure they could communicate their inner state, desires, and complaints comfortably which I would pass on to upper faculty and ensure any complaints could be taken care of
- Would also administer minor therapies under strict supervision
- Would regularly be tasked to create presentations for either group therapies or for the regular discussions our head psychologist would host with me and our fellow interns.
- Would perform administrative tasks such as transcribing interviews from Urdu to English
- Performed a two-week patient-specific intensive program where I would test, care for, and create schedules for one specific patient
- Fundraised at markets to fund Institute events
- Supported staff members in their daily tasks and reducing workload burden
