• Testing of electromagnetic, static, and numeric relays of ABB, AREVA,SCHNEIDER,SIEMENS,GE,SEL, and EASUN Make.
• Testing and commissioning of both Switchyard & Gas Insulated switchgear equipment, such as Circuit breaker, CT, PT/CVT, Disconnector, and Earth switch up to 400 kV level from different manufacturers.
• Implementation & modification of different protection schemes such as Line protection schemes which include Auto reclosers, Tele protections and Bus bar differential, Motor differential,Transformer differential & REF scheme, and L.B.B (CBF) protection.
• Functional checks for Bus bar protection, VT selection scheme, Synchronization scheme & AC, DC change-over schemes, and circuit supervision (TCS).
• CT, PT secondary & primary injection tests.
• Stability test for Generator, Motor,transformer Differential relays and Sensitivity and stability test for Generator, transformer REF relays, and bus bar differential relays with trip logic test.
• Mechanical and electrical operation interlocks for Circuit breakers, Disconnectors, and earth Switches as per standard & customer’s specification.
• High Voltage (HV) test for bus bars & cables,Motor.
• Experienced in Retrofitting of relays & reinforcement of equipment.
• Coordinating with design in relay setting calculation for bus bar protection, differential protection, REF protection, and directional over current & earth fault relays.
• Preparation of the interfacing cable & termination schedule as per the standards & scope of work.
