Key roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepared, reviewed and enforced Risk Assessment (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statement risk controls for trench excavation, duct installation, cable pulling, jointing, termination, testing, and reinstatement works.

• Conducted daily HSE inspections to monitor high-risk electrical and civil activities including deep excavation and lifting operations.

• Enforced Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, earthing, and isolation procedures prior to commencement of HV works.

Project: INSTALLATION OF NEW 110KV UGC/13.8KV Hamdaniyah Substation Jeddah

• Developed and executed Risk Assessments and JSAs for trenching, cable laying, joint bays, backfilling, and reinstatement.
