JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Experience in instrument installation like PG, TG, PSH, TC, RTD, TIT, FT, LT,LG, PT & PDT.

Ø Continuity checking from field to junction box & J B to control room.

Ø Rectification of the trouble & troubleshooting according to the punch created by the client.

Ø Leak testing of process and pneumatic tubing, continuity and megger test of primary and secondary cable.

Ø cable tray installation, JB& JB frame installation.

Ø Having better knowledge to read and understand P&ID & ILD, hook-up diagrams

Ø Better knowledge to do instrument nut bolt tightening(Bolt torquing).

Ø Can carry out any job independently for under supervisor by engineer & can also handle a workforce for routine and major shutdown jobs.

Ø Prepared and closed pre-commissioning and commissioning punch lists

Ø Coordinated energisation, trial run, and system handover with client and QA/QC..

Ø Coordinated with QA/QC, client, consultant, and other disciplines to resolve site issues.

Ø Logic and interlock checking and correction with control system engineer.

Ø Performing critical and closed loops with client.

Ø Carried out SAT for Control Panels and PLC panels with respective vendor.

Ø Loop Punches closing.

Ø Performing Commissioning of all Instrument transmitters and analysers.

Ø Involved in the cable tray installation and cable pulling and cable termination and loop check.

Ø Responsible for all field Instrument Installation, Inspection and Commissioning.

Ø Installation of all Control cabinet.

Ø Installation of rack and card in the control cabinet.

Ø Cable Pulling, Glanding and Termination.

Ø Installation of all type of analysers

Ø Making work permit from PTW department.

Ø Configuration and card installation of PLC.

DEVELOP OF DOCUMENT ANALYSIS:-

Ø Preparation of progress reports

Ø Develop of job safety analysis

Ø Organise, Monitor and coordinate job at site.

Ø Development, Implementation, Enforcement & Administration in Accordance to the Project also Conducting weekly toolbox meeting for foreman.

Ø Conduct weekly progress meeting with Foreman at site.

Ø Highlight wrong practices being followed which are not required for project

Ø Monitor all site activities to ensure that all work procedures are under complied.

Ø Planning and managing periodic inspections and maintenance schedule should be according to client specifications to all work sites.

Ø Develop and review all procedures as per the operational/project plan.

Ø Providing all issues related to the project management team.

Ø Daily meeting with supervisors and subcontractors

Ø Reported daily to I&C manager about work conditions.
