• Be responsible for the project management life cycle from requirements specification to deployment, along with issue.

• Provide effective troubleshooting and accurate solutions to advanced hardware and software computing problems in person or remotely .
• Gather additional requirements and provide end-user support by working closely with end users.
• Administer new systems hardening, user access management, resolve and debug user problems.
• Configure printers, applications, and email profiles.
• Support end-user application installation and maintain workstation builds .
• Respond to customer requests effectively and communicates with them to address issues.
• Provide telephone support remotely helping to resolve IT issues through effective diagnosis, technical actions, and customer focus .
• Apply IT knowledge and experience to troubleshoot support and IT technical issues with in-house software, enterprise software, and hardware.

• Assist management in creating training materials about computer troubleshooting and usage .
• Organize and file documentation about warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware .
• Maintain working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion .
• Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems .
• Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions .
• Update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks actively.
