• Led the planning and the implementation of the Model of Care (MoC) pathways and all the related initiatives in the North regions of Saudi Arabia.

• Led Wave 2,3 and 4 for the MoC planning and implantation phases in Northern regions
• Working closely with different stakeholders ( inside and outside Health Holding Company, international consultant company like; PwC, ATK, BCG, McKinsey, and ADL) to plan and implement an integrated healthcare initiatives related to different Model of care initiatives.
  

• Work as one of the co-founder team member of the new Model of Care transformational program (MoC) in Vision realization office.
• My role was support the implementation of the MoC initiatives in the future accountable care organization , in addition, managing the implementation of Hypertension pathway across Northern and Southern regions of Saudi Arabia
• Maintained relationships and communication between health clusters and MoC central team
• Updated operational methods and oversaw the operations for improved efficiency.

• Planning, designing, leading, delivering and follow-up all projects carried out by the Centre of Health Researches and studies that focused on public health and healthcare services to supports decision making in identifying the national health research priorities.
• Worked with multiple consultant companies and partner in developing the 5 years strategic plan of the Center of Health Research and studies.
• I was a member in multiple national health committees like ( pediatric, cardiac, diabetes )
• Managed projects from procurement to commission by reviewing different proposals from technical perspective applied by different vendors.

Worked with multidisciplinary team and consultant company on developing an evidence based dashboard that rely on different health indicators and statistics to support HE Minister of health to identify the area of improvement of the health care system and took the right decisions. I was responsible for collecting., analyzing and creating a reports related to health care services data (structure - process - output data) as a fundamental piece of healthcare system

• Designed dental health assessment , build multiple educational tools that explained patients' dental health status and treatment plans.
• Captured patients' dental radiographs and provided the diagnosis
• Applied the needed preventive and therapeutics procedures to promote dental and gum health
