• Lead business discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to elicit, analyze, validate, and prioritize business, functional, and integration requirements for strategic digital banking initiatives.
• Manage the complete business analysis lifecycle from requirements elicitation, solution definition, design validation, development support, UAT, and production readiness across multiple digital banking platforms.
• Translate business objectives into high-quality BRDs, Functional Requirements, Epics, User Stories, Business Rules, Acceptance Criteria, and Process Models that enable efficient Agile delivery and maintain full requirements traceability.
• Develop detailed AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, customer journeys, and business workflows to support solution design, process optimization, and operational transformation.
• Define API integration requirements , data mapping, and business validation rules between core banking platforms and third-party providers to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable system interoperability.
• Partner with Internal teams, and external vendors to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards
• Facilitate solution walkthroughs, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, and requirement clarification meetings, serving as the primary liaison between business and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Design comprehensive UAT strategies, business test scenarios, and acceptance criteria while supporting defect analysis, solution validation, and production readiness to ensure successful implementation.
• Manage and maintain requirements traceability using Jira, ensuring business requirements are fully aligned with development deliverables, testing activities, and production releases.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, service enhancement, automation, and customer experience improvements by evaluating existing business processes and recommending innovative digital solutions
