- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Up to date control of all EHS related documents and manuals
- Monitor proper functioning of firefighting appliances like fire hydrant, portable fire extinguishers, sprinkler system etc.
- Arrange to provide first aid & Fire fighting training to employees through competent agency
- Define, select and approve the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) basis the risk assessment
- Monitor whether monthly plant inspection is being properly done by line supervisor
- Carrying out surprise check of work permits at site
- Report and correct unsafe act / practice
- Devise the system of carrying our Behavior Based Safety (BBS) observation by line supervisors
- Establish the system of encouraging safe behavior and discouraging unsafe behavior through reward and recognition program
- Conduct road safety awareness program during safety week celebration
- Arrange to conduct defensive driving training to those who drive vehicle for the business
- To follow up and implement of points observed in walk around inspections.
