- Bypassed the ISP Service Provider (DSP) and migrated to DIA Connection to ISP Mobily with a total saving of SR 500K annually with better service quality and increased Bandwidth.
- Successfully migrated from Accounting Application ACCPAC to The Cloud SUN-SYSTEM for Fairmont, Raffles, Swissotel & Swissotel Al Maqam Hotels Makkah. -
- Successfully migrated from Local Symantec Backup to The Cloud Barracuda IT Backup for Fairmont, Raffles, Swissotel & Swissotel Al Maqam Hotels Makkah.
- Successfully migrated the HSIA (Guest WIFI) from GuestTek Services to Airangel for Fairmont, Raffles, Swissotel & Swissotel Al Maqam Hotels Makkah, resulting in good cost savings.
- Migrated SPASOFT Application to Book4time Cloud Application. -Successfully migrated from on-premises File share Server to SharePoint
- Successfully migrated all domain users to OneDrive -Successfully carried out the data center move project in which our data center was moved from Raffles Makkah to Fairmont Makkah as a shared Data center between Fairmont, Raffles, Swissotel, and Swissotel Al Maqam. I was the main person put in charge of the project. I prepared the project plan documents, presented them to the Corporate for evaluation in a conference call, labeled the data center, and conducted pre-move tests and post-move verifications tests.
- To make our hotel PCI compliant, I worked with the corporate and the local vendor to carry out the tasks related to communication between our private network and servers in the vendor network across the Cisco ASA firewall. For wireless security, I was involved in the installation of Airtight WIPS devices.
- RSS Restaurant Smart solution, in the peak periods (Ramadan, Hajj & Local school vacation) we are dealing with more than 5000 guests almost at the same time in different Food & Beverage restaurants. To give them ease of access to the restaurant, to avoid queues and to avoid loss of revenue, to know the usage of the restaurant, to have better control on the meal plan and entailment of the guests per room per meal. By the implementation of this project, we have successfully overcome all the challenges faced by the F&B operations team or finance as well as enhanced our Guest satisfaction.
- Co-coordinating with different IT contractors during the setup and made sure that deadlines were respected, and implementation was according to the corporate standards.
- I have successfully upgraded the windows servers from Server 2003 to Server 2008 and from 2008 to 2012 and Server 2016.
