• Company Overview: Saudi Arabia Bechtel Corporation NEOM Project (Tunnel Drill and Blast )
• Assisting and/or conducting planned audits and surveillances on the project and on the subcontractors performing work.
• Assisting with the determination of suitable correction, corrective and / or preventive action to address identified Non-Conformances on the project.
• Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports. Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.
• Conducting inspection and test of constructed assets in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans.
• Validating that ongoing work activities under their control are completed in accordance with the approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Review and propose approval of the quality control procedures and plans used by potential suppliers and sub-contractors to make sure that work will meet project requirements.

• Check Road Construction: Ensure work matches approved plans.
• Inspect Roads : Look for damage or hazards.
• Check Road Features: Evaluate the condition of the surface, signs, drainage, and lighting.
• Supervise Infrastructure: Oversee installation and maintenance of irrigation pipes, sewage, water lines, and storm sewers.
• Test Materials: Check materials used, like asphalt or concrete.
• I nspect Quality: Ensure construction work meets standards.
• Write Reports: Record inspection results, take pictures, and note needed repairs.
• Review Work: Check daily logs and used materials.
• Ensure Safety: Make sure construction team follow safety rules.

• Inspect Products: Check that products meet specifications.
• Conduct Tests: Test raw materials and finished goods for quality.
• Ensure Standards: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety requirements.
• Maintain Records: Keep track of inspections and tests.
• Report Findings: Share quality issues with management.
• Evaluate Suppliers: Ensure suppliers meet quality expectations.
• Create Method Statements: Develop detailed instructions for how tasks should be carried out safely and to the required quality.
• Inspection and Test Plans (ITP): Create and implement ITPs to define inspection and testing processes for each stage of production.

I assist in creating and refining reinforced concrete designs using CAD software, ensuring they meet safety and functional standards. I collaborate with teams, prepare technical drawings, and support the transition from design to production.

I manage and organize project documents, ensuring all files are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible. I collaborate with teams to track revisions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
