• Project development and implementation of SMO initiatives (27 projects) with the alignments of internal and external stakeholders
• Created Club Support program which includes 6 tracks to support Esports Clubs

• Conduct the projects and the initiatives assigned based on the timeline to run the projects outputs

• Plan the initiatives from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones, and processes
• Supervise all program and project managers involved to provide feedback and resolve complex problems
• Apply change, risk and resource management principles when needed
• Review reports prepared by project managers to determine progress and issues
• Ensure initiatives operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies

• Contribute to leading the changes in the scope, schedules and costs of the initiative using appropriate tools and techniques
• Managing status of initiative delivers and milestones and maintaining crucial project documents which track project progress
• Identify any potential issues or risks that could affect the progression of the project and work to identify potential solutions
• Review progress to discuss future steps and arranges meetings with entities
• Working on enhancing the PMO maturity by applying the global PMO standard (Increase the maturity from level 1.4 to 5 out of 5)

• Accomplish primary goal of providing administrative and technical skills to support a project to success
• Developing PMO governance model and program project reporting templates in order to utilize and increase the efficiency of PMO activities
• Monitoring deadlines for each project task and check regularly that every deadline is still possible and report any potential delays
