* Created a National Sales Strategy by integrating the three regions
* Studied each region to create a Horses for Courses Strategy.
* Strategized Pricing.
* Introduced the concept of Framework of Agreement with big buyers especially Traders. This has been a huge success to the extent that competitors started doing the same!
* Got Back into projects where we had become weak in the last few year.
* Sales in 2023 more than doubled{ one reason being increase in prices} over 2021 in terms of volume and over 25% in terms of quantity M2 sold.
* Brought about a deeper penetration in the market and ensured minimum projects lost.
* XPS 2 was handed to me after it failed to produce any boards for over a year. It was proposed to be classified as scrap.
* In 2022 we managed to produce over 700,000 M2
* In 2023 we exceeded production of 1,300,000 M2.
* We are passing all tests as per ASTM C 578 and are approved by the local authorities.
Not only have we manage to run the line successfully, we have developed the correct formulation. Today BituTherm is a major brand in the market.
