(Feed Commodities Section)

• Track feed commodities procurement operation to ensure alignment with company requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate pricing with vendors to secure optimal pricing and keep costs low.
• Communicate closely with stakeholders, including vendors and merchants, helping to secure well-timed feed commodities deliveries.
• Liaise with banks as primary point of contact for trade finance as well as applications for letters of credit(LCs), cash against documents(CADs), and letters of guarantee(LGs).
• Oversee eligible subsidized feed products in collaboration with ministry and banks.

(Spare Part Section)

• Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Manage purchasing specialized spare parts/equipment's related to Water treatment plants. This includes equipment used by farms, dairy unites & packaging unites.
• Keeps up to date on the farm's needs in order to supply when necessary.
• Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings.
• Performs comparison purchasing and negotiations to secure lower prices on materials the Farm needs
• Communicates with stockholders to get the technical approval for goods.
• Prepares reports and communicate with management about offered prices on products to obtain final approval for purchases.
• Coordinates with stockholders in different departments to make sure each department receives supplies in a timely manner.
• Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities.
• Compile data relating to supplier performance to enable evaluation.
• Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous and business improvements.

• Plan and manage the repair of gas turbine parts under the long form contract with ( Aramco, Sabic, SEC…etc.) and coordinate the repair procedure with the stockholders.
• Support, Monitor and supply all required materials to field services projects.
• Follow up the daily purchases reports with Procurement Department.
• Communicate with shipping lines as well as their local agent located in Saudi Arabia for shipping to follow up shipments.
• Oversee all critical logistics functions related to exporting and importing goods.
• Tracking and schedule deliveries of all inbound and outbound goods.
• Interact with and support other departments to resolve issues and problems related to Supply Chain function/ operations.
• Fulfill different procurement duties.
• Ensure vendor invoices are documented and processed in a timely manner.
