Key Responsibilities:

• Managed the monthly Cost Management process for all regions under PMC and SMP contracts.
• Prepared and created monthly accrual reports for PMC, SMP, and other sectors.
• Reviewed and validated monthly accrual reports from all regions in coordination with regional teams, providing comments on insufficient supporting documents such as progress reports, progress statements, invoice statements, and approved variation orders to ensure the accrual reports complied with project procedures.
• Consolidated monthly accrual reports from all regions, including PMC and SMP, by verifying contract numbers, purchase orders (PO), and line item numbers against SAP records.
• Uploaded regional, PMC, and SMP accrual reports using Oracle Primavera Unifier templates and updated monthly forecast data.
• Reviewed monthly cost reports from all regions and reconciled them with SAP WBS cost reports and Year-to-Date (YTD) reports provided by NEOM Finance.
• Ensured all supporting documents for accrual and cost reports were complete and properly maintained in SharePoint.
• Prepared and submitted the weekly PMC project cash flow report to the NEOM Finance team.
• Worked closely with NEOM Finance and regional cost teams to resolve cost and accrual-related inquiries.
• Created new cost codes and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in Oracle Primavera Unifier.

Key Reponsibilities:

• Prepared, updated, and submitted monthly progress payment applications, including approved change orders, supported by all required documents such as material delivery reports, construction progress reports, progress statements, invoice statements, Requests for Information (RFI), and Project Management System (PMS) reports to substantiate the invoice.
• Coordinated with the Client to respond to invoice-related inquiries, comments, and payment issues.
• Monitored forecasted material deliveries and construction progress to ensure monthly invoice targets were achieved.
• Prepared and managed Saudization reports in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Prepared and managed In-Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) reports in accordance with contractual requirements.

Project Title: PIPELINE REHABILITATION-replacement of the 153 km. 20” crude oil pipeline with a 163 km 18/20” crude oil pipeline. in SAFANIYAH, KHURSANIYAH KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issued job order based on project site request, ensuring alignment with project needs.
• Review and approve the subcontractor and supplier invoices prior to payment request released
• Review and approve the subcontractor and supplier invoices prior to payment request release
• Ensure all expenditures are captured and monitored on a daily basis.
• Prepared and issued a job order in accordance with the project site request.
• Coordinated activity flow across departments, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Ensure the logistic department maintains the readiness and availability of transportation prior to the
  delivery of material and equipment to the project site.
