Have joint Saudia for more than 36 years. As trainee for 2.5 years. Graduated from Saudi Communications Division Training Center on 1989. I joined Saudia Since then. Graduated from Communications Network Center to Computer Operations Processor to Info System specialist to specialist IT Infra to senior Specialist IT Infra and finally Section Manager IT. Participated with many projects and leads some.

Below are some of rolls and activities;

Oversee overall Systems performance, Monitoring Network and communications links, Managing and supporting infrastructure of Saudia networks (legacy and IP), involved in setup and configuration of Saudia ITSM tools (such as eTouCH), involved in the migration of Saudi legacy infrastructures communications platforms to TCP/IP solution, lead New Gen Refreshment Project (respect to operations) for out of Kingdom Saudia sites, Managing meetings investigating the cause of major incidents and how to prevent repetition, generating the RCA report, participating in Saudia CAB team for approving changes, set processes for work tasks and requirements , set escalation processes for major and severity problems, 24/7 working duty, making and managing staff shift roster, over see and guiding Saudia partners support teams, conducting daily/weekly/monthly/quart year and yearly meetings within Saudia and Saudia partners for overall services and performance enhancement, ensure services meet SLA, continue looking for high performance with low cost solutions such as Pushing support teams to resolve incidents and install necessary application remotely without additional cost, involved with all projects for out of Kingdom users, Manage and lead all applications deployment for out of Kingdom users such as security patches, Mcafee, Altea Res, Altea DCS, Microsoft 365, Google Chrome, etc.., Browse and action all assigned eTouCH on timely manner
Following up the pending eTouCH with the concerned support teams. Increased the overall end user satisfaction pointer, Provide technical recommendations for Service Continuity, Maintaining and updating asset records for out of Kingdom assets, involved in Change Orders as SME and/or Stakeholder, Manage and guide the self initiative of reflecting OOK IPT Extension into Active Directly using the running resources reducing and minimizing the cost of international calls, periodically monitor the active sites reviewing the reports and stop the payment for closed/none active sites, Conducting Workshop to Discuss the progress of projects Pending activities and Risk delays and Impact on the Project, Supervise out of Kingdom support team to resolve reported incidents and issues on timely manner within SAL, Arranged with Saudia partner support teams to fully work from home during the pandemic including the full fledge of Service Desk, etc..
